Dr. Yi-Ling Shiao was born in Taiwan and grew up in Los Angeles, California. She completed her undergraduate degree in biochemistry major at the University of California at Los Angeles and subsequently received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Shiao passed North East Regional Board Examination. After completing her DDS degree, Dr. Shiao completed General Practice Residency (GPR) program at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Shiao is certified as Invisalign and ClearCorrect provider to perform clear aligner therapy. Dr. Shiao has completed two years training in an implant program at NYU College of Dentistry. In addition Dr. Shiao has also two years continuing education in orthodontics training sponsored by IAO/AOS.
Dr. Shiao started Expert Dental in New York City and practice general dentistry in all aspects of dental care, including periodic dental check up, dental cleaning, white cosmetic filling, teeth whitening, root canal treatment, dental crowns, dental bridges, surgical and prosthetic implants, braces, veneers, onlays, inlays, denture, Invisalign, ClearCorrect etc. Dr. Shiao speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.
Dr. Kwak, a graduate of Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, has 10 years of experience in general dentistry. She earned her undergraduate degree in Environmental Science and Engineering at Ewha Women’s University in South Korea and studied Public Health at the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill. She found her interested in oral health and dentistry and went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University. She also completed a two-year full time program in Implant Dentistry at NYU.
Dr. Kwak helps her patients achieve beautiful smiles by maintaining existing teeth, replacing missing teeth and preserving and restoring all support structures such as bones and gums to give you that perfect smile. She brings her superior aesthetic skills to everything she does from aesthetic (non-metallic)fillings, porcelain inlays and onlays, veneers, crowns, full mouth rehabilitation, bone grafting and implant restoration. Dr. Kwak speaks English and Korean.
Dr. Charms grew up on Long Island, then went to Tufts University in Boston to receive his first degrees in psychology and fine art. After relocating to NYC, Dr. Charms earned a masters degree in communications and went on to work as a digital arts professor, a freelance art director, and ultimately an advertising creative director. Unsatisfied by the tone and utility of his work in advertising, Dr. Charms was fortunate enough to facilitate a change of careers. He attended NYU College of Dentistry and was selected to deliver the commencement address for his graduating class.
Dr. Charms was the most productive resident in NYU’s AEGD program sponsored by Lutheran Medical Center, where he specialized in treatment planning for complex cases. Today, Dr. Charms is focused on delivering the best possible care to nervous patients who require especially compassionate attention and treatment. Dr. Charms speaks English, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
Dr. Gao was born in Shanghai and grew up in Queens. She studied business and commerce at Macaulay Honors College, and then earned an undergraduate degree in Biology at Stony Brook University. Dr. Gao received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from NYU College of Dentistry. While in dental school, she received the Racquel Z. LeGeros Biomaterial Research Award for her work on the protective effects of calcium containing toothpastes against acid found in soft drinks. Dr. Gao was trained at New York Presbyterian Queens Hospital for her general dentistry residency. Dr. Gao is very patient and gentle with her patients. When she’s not working, Dr. Gao loves to explore other countries and cultures. She enjoys taking architecture and landscape photographs when she travels. Dr. Gao speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.
Dr. Jonathan Wu was born in Fairfax, Virginia and lived in Tokyo, Japan for 10 years prior to returning to the States. Dr. Wu graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Biology and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at Howard University in Washington DC. Upon graduation, he was inducted to Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society that recognizes those with exceptional grades. He then moved to New York City, where he completed further training at Bellevue Hospital's General Practice Residency Program.
Dr. Wu is fluent in Mandarin and Japanese and is acknowledged as a compassionate and reliable dentist among his colleagues. He offers a wide range of dental services in general dentistry, implant placement, cosmetic work, and Invisalign. He always ensures his patients' concerns are addressed, and offers solutions catered to each individual. He strives to create a comfortable setting for his patients and relieves anxiety to those who may have dental phobia. During his spare time, he enjoys cooking, weightlifting, trying new restaurants, and watching movies and TV shows.
Dr. Khezri started her dental education in Tehran University of Medical sciences where she earned her DDS degree as well as her certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Prosthodontics. Dr. Khezri worked for 4 years in private practice before moving to Canada to further advance her professional development, where she passed the assessment exam for foreign dentists with the highest score in Canadian dental exam history. Dr. Khezri furthered her training and graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, where she received the John A. Bothwell scholarship as the most outstanding student in clinical prosthodontics.
Dr. Khezri continued her training at the General Practice Residency program at the Montefiore Medical Center in New York, where she took care of patients in need of full mouth rehabilitation with implants and smile design makeovers with a combination of veneers, crowns, inlays, onlays and dental implants. She also helps patients with worn down dentition by performing full mouth reconstruction and follows up with hygiene and diet education.
Dr. Khezri lives in New York City with her husband and enjoy walks in Central Park and exploring local restaurants.

Dr. Liya Ma grew up in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated with honors from New York University and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Columbia University where she received the Pierre Fauchard Foundation Scholarship and Abraham and Marth Barnett Scholarship in recognition of her history of excellence and service. Dr. Ma completed her residency at Woodhull Hospital where she received training in all disciplines of dentistry for comprehensive and emergency care to patients of all needs.
Dr. Ma is committed to listening to her patients concerns and educating her patients to allow them to take charge of their oral health through preventative care. Her compassion and conservative patient-centered approach to dentistry establishes trust with her patients to ensure positive dental experiences. Dr. Ma strives to truly getting to know the communities she serves and enjoys giving back through service.

Dr. Dayoon Lee, General Dentist, graduated with honors from New York University College of Dentistry and Cum Laude from Stony Brook University. She is a two-time recipient of the ADEA Academic Dental Careers Fellowship Program, as well as the NYUCD Student Research Day Award. She has been practicing professionally since 2018. Beyond her clinical expertise, Dr. Lee is deeply engaged in community service, providing dental care to underserved populations and volunteering with organizations like Underserved Communities, Forestdale Inc, and New York University College of Dentistry Outreach Program. Dr. Lee has presented her research findings at prestigious conferences, including the ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition, European Orthodontic Society, and General Session & Exhibition of the IADR.
Dr. Elizabeth “Libby” Atterbury is an Ivy League educated general dentist, earning her doctorate in Dental Surgery from Columbia University, then completing a General Practice residency at Weill Cornell in Manhattan. During her time at Columbia University, she was awarded the Esthetics in Dentistry award. Dr. Atterbury is passionate about patient care and comfort. She is currently working to complete her second post-doctoral degree in Dental Anesthesia at Jacobi Medical Center and North Central Bronx Hospital in the Bronx.
Originally from Pennsylvania, where she earned her undergraduate degree, with latin honors, in Neuroscience from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with friends and family, run in Central Park, do reformer pilates, and cook healthy meals.
Dr. Park earned her undergraduate degrees in biology and chemistry from Syracuse University and New York University. After obtaining a Doctor in Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in 2012, Dr. Park received specialized training and certification in prosthodontics by the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, followed by Fellowship program at Columbia University. Dr. Park provides comprehensive dental care to pediatric, adult as well as geriatric patients. She has specialized training in full-mouth rehabilitation and prosthetic dentistry. Dr. Victoria Park is committed to delivering the best quality care for her patients. Dr. Park speaks English and Korean.
Dr. Lior Furman is a certified Prosthodontist. Dr. Furman graduated from Hunter College with a degree in Biology, and from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine with a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. Dr. Furman completed his dental residency program in Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Brooklyn, as well as Implant Program at New York University. Dr. Furman subsequently completed his prosthodontics training at and received his Prosthodontics certificate from New York University. Dr. Furman is highly trained and experienced with 3Shape digital scanner platform and full mouth rehabilitation cases, including full mouth on implants and natural dentition. Dr. Furman’s clinical interests include severely worn-down dentition rehabilitations, challenging dental cases where several disciplines are needed to achieve the final result, as well as using digital systems to plan, design, and execute cases.
Dr. Shah graduated from her Prosthodontic program at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Dental Medicine
with a focus in surgical prosthodontics and oral biology research. She earned her dental degree from Temple University, solidifying her foundation in dentistry after completing her undergraduate degree in microbiology research
at the University of Rochester.
She is the current President of the ACP Pennsylvania Chapter and a Board member for the Philadelphia Chapter of Prosthodontics. Beyond her academic pursuits, Dr. Shah has always been passionate about giving back to the community. Since high school, she has taken part in health advocacy campaigns at various regional and state levels. Her passion for community service started during her undergraduate years, where she participated in dental mission trips which inspired her career in dentistry. Dr. Shah also finds joy in playing tennis, exploring the world, and cherishing quality time with friends and family.
Dr. Rothenberg is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Originally from Maryland, Dr. Rothenberg received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, graduating in the top ten percent of his class. He subsequently completed 6 year residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at The New York University Medical Center and Bellevue Hospital and earned his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine in 2008. Dr. Rothenberg has received extensive training in anesthesia, dental implantology, bone grafting, dentoalveolar surgery, jaw reconstruction, facial trauma and head and neck pathology. Dr. Rothenberg performs full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with a special interest in dental implants. He is an active member of many professional organizations including the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Institute of Implant Dentistry, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and American Medical Association.
Dr. Jared Miller is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. Dr. Miller completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida in Molecular Biology and Microbiology in 2007. He moved to New York City the following year to begin his dental education at New York University's College of Dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Miller completed his general practice residency and further specialized in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at NYC Health + Hospitals/Woodhull. Dr. Miller received training in the full scope of the specialty, including dentoalveolar surgery, dental implantology, facial trauma, cosmetic facial surgery, maxillofacial pathology, orthognathic surgery, and temporomandibular joint surgery.
Dr. Miller's current clinical practice is focused on dentoalveolar surgery, bone grafting, dental implantology, and maxillofacial pathology. He is a current member of the New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the American Dental Association. In addition to his clinical practice, he has authored several publications and stays abreast of the latest developments in the field by regularly attending conferences throughout the country. Dr. Miller is certified by the State of New York to provide general anesthesia, allowing him to offer intravenous and inhalation sedation to provide optimal comfort and care to his patients. He is currently on staff as an attending at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, where he continues to work alongside residents in both the operating room and the outpatient clinic. He maintains current certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support. During his spare time, Dr. Miller enjoys weightlifting, yoga, scuba diving, and spending time with his family, friends, and pets.
Dr. Rita Mizrahi is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and facial cosmetic surgeon. She was born and raised in New York City. After completing her bachelor’s degree in biology from Cornell University, she attended New York University College of Dentistry, where she was vice president of her class. She was recognized with the Delta Dental Leadership and Service award. Dr. Mizrahi then completed her residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in facial cosmetic surgery at Monmouth Medical Center. Dr. Mizrahi is well versed in dentoalveolar surgery, including extractions, bone grafting, and implant placement. Her scope of practice extends to cosmetic treatments that include injectables such as neurotoxins and fillers, and laser and microneedling treatments. She is a member of many professional organizations, including the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Mizrahi is fluent in English and Hebrew, and conversational in Spanish. Dr. Mizrahi enjoys playing polo as a member of the Hamptons Polo Club.
Dr. Anna Glinianska is a Diplomate of the Board of Endodontics. Dr. Anna graduated from SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine and completed her General Practice Residency at the University of Colorado Hospital. Dr. Anna practiced general dentistry for 3 years before receiving specialty training in Endodontics at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Dr. Anna is a clinical instructor at the Veterans Affairs Hospital and a published co-author in the Journal of Endodonitcs on the topic of microsurgery. She is certified in use of laser in the practice of endodontics. Dr. Anna speaks English, Polish and Spanish.
Dr. Pooja Rana is a Board-Certified Orthodontist. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from New Jersey Dental School and then went on to complete a year of advanced post-doctoral training in general dentistry at the Manhattan VA hospital. From there, Dr. Rana completed an additional three years of specialized training in Orthodontics at Montefiore Medical Center where she learned the most advanced techniques for treating both children and adults. Dr. Rana offers highly esthetic options like Invisalign clear aligners and ceramic braces as well as traditional braces. Dr. Rana believes everyone should be able to smile with confidence. With passion and warmth, coupled with the skill and dexterity required of her profession, she would be honored to work with you and to support you in your orthodontic needs. Dr. Rana speaks English, Gujarati and Hindi.
Dr. Jason Lin grew up in the Tri-State area but went to the Midwest to attend college at Washington University in St. Louis where he graduated with honors with a double major in Biochemistry and Economics. He then moved back to the New York metropolitan area to obtain his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Columbia University where he graduated at the top of his class with numerous honors and distinctions. He continued his education at Columbia University by completing an extensive three year residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics where he served as Chief Resident during his final year. In his free time, he loves spending time with family and friends, traveling the world, is an avid New York sports fan, and is a gym fanatic. He loves doing orthodontics and devotes himself to loving others and the community around him, and takes great pride in developing beautiful smiles and the changes in self-esteem he encounters on a daily basis. Dr. Lin speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.
Dr. Liu graduated from University of the Pacific, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in biology with minor in mathematics. Dr. Liu received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from NYU College of Dentistry, while in dental school she also received duo degree scholarship to complete her certificate in Public Health with the NYU School of Global Public Health. Upon graduation, she was inducted to Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society that recognizes those in the top of the graduating class. After graduation, Dr. Liu then completed NYU’s AEGD program at NYU Dentistry for training in more complex comprehensive dental care. Dr. Liu then continued her post-doctoral training at NYU Dentistry by completing an extensive three-year residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. In her free time, Dr. Liu enjoys traveling and enjoying NYC culinary scene with her family. Dr. Liu speaks English, Mandarin Chinese, and Taiwanese.
Dr. Lee completed her undergraduate degree in biology major at the State University of New York at Binghamton and subsequently received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. After completing her DDS degree, Dr. Lee received the certificate in Periodontology at State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Dental medicine. Dr. Lee received honors in year III clinic periodontics, health care systems I, and behavior interactions. Dr. Lee is affiliated with American Academy of periodontology, ambassador of the American Academy of periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, International academy of periodontology, Northeastern Society of periodontology, American Dental association and Nassau County Dental society. Dr. Lee speaks English and Chinese (Cantonese).
Dr. Christine Wong is a passionate dentist with a caring and gentle personality. She strives to perform the best quality periodontal care for all patients and believes that patient education is the key to a beautiful and healthy smile. She received her B.S. in biochemistry from University of Texas at Austin where she graduated with high honors. She then moved to NYC and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from NYU College of Dentistry. She was awarded The David B. Kriser Award for Compassion when she graduated. She has completed a general practice residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center and a post-graduate residency in periodontics and implantology at NYU Lutheran Medical Center. She specialized in periodontics and implant dentistry. During her off time, Dr. Wong enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Wong speaks English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
Dr. Bagga is a CA-born and NY-raised board certified Periodontist. He earned his masters degree at Drexel University while working at University of Pennsylvania. He graduated from NYU Dentistry where he served as President for over 1500 students. Dr. Bagga stayed an additional three years to complete his residency in Periodontics and was awarded Outstanding Clinical Performance in his program.
Dr. Bagga specializes in implant dentistry as well as conventional surgical and non-surgical modalities of periodontal therapy. He concentrates on functional and aesthetic surgical procedures, including hard and soft tissue grafting procedures and focuses on an interdisciplinary approach in conjunction with endodontic, orthodontic, and prosthodontic conditions. Dr. Bagga prioritizes his patient’s well-being and ensures they understand the importance of each step of the treatment plan.
Dr. Bagga lives in Jersey City with his wife and they both enjoy fine dining, streaming the latest comedies, and planning their next tropical adventure.
Dr. Parnian Yazdi is a board-certified pediatric dentist and a diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry(AAPD). In addition to being highly trained in all aspects of pediatric dentistry, Dr. Yazdi’s style of practice also focuses on behavior management and minimally invasive treatment techniques. Dr. Yazdi uses prevention strategies and dietary counseling to get to the root cause of the problem. She also provides dental treatment with the use of nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and full mouth rehabilitation under sedation for the more anxious pediatric patients.
Dr. Yazdi received her degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Boston University and graduated Magna Cum Lade. She moved to New York to complete her residency in pediatric dentistry. Before moving to the east coast, she grew up in sunny Southern California where she received her degree in Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular genetics at University of Los Angeles (UCLA).
When not practicing dentistry or traveling to learn about the latest innovations in the field, Dr. Yazdi enjoys yoga, meditation, and exploring little gems around the city.
